Job Description:
​Repair & maintenance of occupied rental homes & the remodeling of newly purchased properties, as well as upgrades between occupancy.

Housing:

Housing & utilities are included at no cost to the employee.

A home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that is reserved for our Philippines labor team.

Transportation:

Transportation to & from the jobsite is provided.

If the employee is working on multiple properties, a company vehicles & fuel will be provided if the individual has an international drivers license and has no vehicle related accidents.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm CDT

Saturday & Sunday: We are closed but we still need to clean the 2 Airbnb's that we have so there will be 1-2 hours on one or both weekend days for one of the team members.
